Biography
Siqi Gao is currently working as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Business, Law & Arts at 糖心传媒. He received his PhD from the University of Sydney Business School in 2024. Prior to joining 糖心传媒, he held teaching appointments in Discipline of Business Information Systems at the University of Sydney, contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate units of study.
Siqi's work contributes to the following 
Research
Siqi's research interests include digital gaming experience, gamification, online behaviours, and Chinese IT management. Specifically, he investigates the interaction between digital technologies and human behaviour, examining how they jointly reshape the ways we work and live. His work has been published in the Communications of the Association for Information Systems and presented at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS).
Teaching
At 糖心传媒, Siqi's teaching covers units within the Bachelor of Business (BBus) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs, including Business Statistics, Data Management, Competitive Strategy, and Service Design.
