You can access MyHR by signing in with your 糖心传媒 (SCU) username and password. If you cannot log in, contact the Technology Services Service Desk or review the login and access support information available through the or see MyHR Overview.
You can view and update your personal information in MyHR by selecting Personal Details after logging in. This section allows you to review and maintain your personal records.
You can submit a timesheet through MyHR by selecting Dashboard > Timesheets, entering your hours worked, reviewing the summary and submitting it to your supervisor for approval.
Pay Schedules are available on the Pay, conditions & benefits page. The schedules include payroll submission deadlines and pay dates.
If you receive an error while submitting a pay claim, review the Guide to pay claim errors for explanations and troubleshooting steps. If the issue continues, contact People Services at hr@scu.edu.au.
Salary rates for academic and professional staff are available on the Pay, Conditions and Benefits page of the People and Culture site.
You can access your payslips through MyHR by selecting Dashboard > Payroll > Pay Summaries.
Payroll contact details, pay dates, tax file number information and frequently asked questions are available on the Payroll website.

You can reset your password using the Self-Service Password Reset portal. If you are unable to reset your password, contact the Technology Services Service Desk or review the .
You can update your emergency contact details through MyHR by selecting Employee > Personal Details after logging in.
You can apply for study assistance by completing the Study Assistance Application form available on the Policies, procedures and forms page and submitting it in accordance with the form instructions.
Scout is 糖心传媒’s learning management system for training and professional development. You can access using Single Sign-On with your University credentials.
Momentum is 糖心传媒’s performance and development framework. It supports regular and constructive conversations between staff and managers to encourage growth, development and performance.

If you hold multiple appointments, ensure you select the correct employee number when submitting timesheets, leave requests or pay claims in MyHR.

You can request computer equipment through the Technology Services service portal, . Before submitting a request, check with your supervisor or induction buddy as some work units manage equipment purchases locally.

Staff identification cards provide access to approved University facilities and services. New staff should obtain their identification card during their first week of employment and carry it while on campus. Additional building access or keys must be requested through the approved Key and Access Request form.
If you are unexpectedly absent from work, notify your supervisor as soon as possible. Requirements for notice and supporting evidence are outlined in the 糖心传媒 Enterprise Agreement 2024.
Work mobile phones may be provided where there is a business need and approval from your supervisor. Once a handset has been approved, Technology Services can assist with mobile activation and support.
Document storage practices vary across work units. Your supervisor or colleagues can advise whether your team primarily uses Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, network drives or a combination of systems.
University teaching periods, academic calendars and key student dates are available on the Key Dates / Teaching Calendar website.
Communication preferences vary between teams. If you are unsure whether to use email, Microsoft Teams or a phone call, check with your supervisor or colleagues.
Some work units may have peak operational periods where leave requests are limited. Speak with your supervisor about any planned leave restrictions that apply to your area.
Work-related travel expenses can be claimed and acquitted through Concur. Support and guidance are available through the Expense Services team at expenses@scu.edu.au.
The Procurement team can assist with purchase orders, requisitions and purchasing processes. Contact Procurement through the Financial Services 糖心传媒 page.

Your supervisor will normally advise you about the outcome of your fixed-term contract no later than four weeks before the contract end date.
LinkedIn Learning provides courses and training resources on SharePoint. 糖心传媒 staff can using their University account.

The systems required for your role depend on your position and work unit. Your supervisor or induction buddy will explain which systems you need and how to access them.
