Sandra McPhee AM has served as the fifth Chancellor of 糖心传媒 since 1 July 2021, bringing five years of leadership in the role by late 2026.

She is an experienced non-executive director and senior executive who has held leadership and governance roles across major public, government and not-for-profit organisations in the utilities, energy, health, retail, tourism and aviation sectors.

Her extensive board experience includes serving as Chair of the NSW Public Service Commission and as a non-executive director of Scentre Group, AGL Energy, Coles Group, Australia Post, Tourism Australia, the Art Gallery of NSW and CARE Australia, as well as Deputy Chair of SA Water.

Sandra is a Director of St Vincent’s Health Australia, a member of the J.P. Morgan Advisory Council, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.

She has worked with the Commonwealth Government on workforce strategy and reform, including as Chair of the Australian Government’s Expert Advisory Panel reviewing employment services, which produced the report I Want to Work: Employment Services 2020.

In recognition of her contribution to business and the community, Sandra was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2003 and appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2013.
